Office hours

Our hours are Monday thru Friday 10:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time.  If you call during the day and get our voice mail it means that all our lines are busy.  Please leave a message and it will be returned as soon as possible.

Please Note: If you need help of any kind after normal business hours, just let us know.  We'll call you at a time that's convenient for you.

Remember, our goal is to help you be as successful as possible.  If there's any way we can assist you please let us know. 

 

How To Place Orders


To place an order with us simply call our 800 number at 800-963-6557.  If you placed your initial order using a credit card we still have that number on file. You will only need to give us a card number if you’re using a different credit card. 

If we have a more than one credit card on file, please tell us which one you want to use. Make sure we read you back the order over the phone to confirm it with you. 

 

 

Use of Company Name
If you are going to register your company with your state, you'll have to think of a name for your business.  The name "Friendly Songs" is a federally registered trademark owned by us.  You are not allowed to register with this name or any variety which resembles the same.  However it is perfectly acceptable to print on a business card, sign or flyer that you are an "Authorized Friendly Songs™ Dealer."

Use of Copyright
Please understand that all Friendly Songs music is fully copyrighted.  This means reproduction in any form, including making copies in a computer is strictly prohibited.  If you need to reproduce our music in any other fashion besides burning CD's through our Burn On Demand software program, you must obtain permission from us first.  

Payment Terms
All orders must  be paid in full at time of shipping. We accept personal checks, money orders, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Really good chocolate chip cookies will also be considered as a form of payment.

Returns
All sales are considered final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, you may return it for a replacement within 5 business days from the delivery date.  You must call for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before sending anything. Otherwise the shipping department will not accept your package. Please write the number clearly on the top of the box.
