If you have a question that you feel should be
here, please go to the "contact us" page and let us know.
Do I have to buy a new computer system from you?
No. Friendly Songs is distributed on disk and can
be installed on your own computer. However, you need about 15 gigs of
space to fully load the program.
How many computers can I load Friendly Songs
onto?
You can load it on as many as you want. The program is protected with a
small USB key. As long as the key is in the USB slot, the program will
run. You can also purchase additional USB keys for other computers.
How come your
burns costs so little?
The reason is that Friendly Songs owns all the
music. We didn't have to buy it from some other company and thereby pay
them ridiculous commissions. Although we still pay our musicians on an
ongoing basis, we own the rights to all the music.
How many names
do you offer?
Currently we have a little over 1000 names. But if you take into account
variations in spelling, it comes to around 3,000 names, which represents around
94% of all new births. However, we plan to continually add new names to
insure that every child can have their own Friendly Songs CD.
What other
albums to you plan to release?
We're currently working on a Christian album and
have some amazing (secret for now) projects in development. Make sure
you're on our mailing list to receive the latest news. We're also
recording the songs in Spanish as well.
What are the
minimum computer requirements?
Basically any late model computer with a CD burner will do. The faster the
machine, the better your performance will be. However, if there's one
thing you need, it's hard drive space, at least 30 Gigs. That will
give you enough room for our program plus all your current programs. If you're running
low, you can purchase an inexpensive external hard drive for around $100 that
will do the trick. We can also supply this for you. Call us if you have
any questions.
Can I add Friendly Songs to my existing
business?
Absolutely. There are no restrictions.
Do you offer
protected territories?
Unfortunately the law does not allow us to do that. However, it is within
our right to make sure that dealers are not too close to each other.
